Izzy with the Acne provides optional automated internal consultation lead alerts to expressly consenting business personnel. This policy describes information used for that internal notification program.
Information and use. We use the recipient’s mobile number, consent records, subscription preferences and delivery records to manage and deliver internal alerts. Alerts may contain consultation inquiries, client contact details and submitted messages, or a reference to the existing private inquiry record. We use this information to respond to inquiries and operate the consultation service.
SMS consent and sharing. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers may process information on our behalf to deliver and maintain the internal notifications.
