Appointment guidance

Cancellation and no-show policy

A late cancellation is any cancellation or reschedule made fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. No-shows are treated the same as late cancellations.

  1. First

    The client receives a one-time courtesy waiver, and no cancellation fee is charged.

  2. Second

    The client is charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

  3. After three

    Prepayment may be required to reserve future appointments.

A few important details.

The in-person consultation requires a $75 deposit, applied toward your skincare purchase. The virtual consultation costs $125 and includes 45 minutes by Zoom.

New clients begin with a consultation before receiving acne services or treatment.

Individual results vary. Client images and testimonials are shared with permission.

Skincare products are not included in the cost of the program. Product costs vary because every client's regimen is customized to their individual skin and needs.
