Appointment guidance
Cancellation and no-show policy
A late cancellation is any cancellation or reschedule made fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. No-shows are treated the same as late cancellations.
- First
The client receives a one-time courtesy waiver, and no cancellation fee is charged.
- Second
The client is charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
- After three
Prepayment may be required to reserve future appointments.

Consultation payments are nonrefundable and may only be applied toward services. Your in-person consultation payment is applied toward your service when you proceed with treatment.
